Each coaching program takes form depending on you, your needs, and your goals. I am here to empower you as you navigate transformative changes in your lives. Our goal is to facilitate your journey towards happiness and well-being, enabling you to care for your family while prioritizing your own needs. Given the challenges of distance, all sessions are conducted online, making accessibility and ease a priority.

Sessions are available in English, Greek, or Spanish to cater to diverse linguistic preferences. To foster a sense of community and direct communication, I have created a private Telegram chat exclusively for program participants. This platform serves as a space for regular interaction, sharing experiences, and providing support, as well as a Troo Living facebook page that is more open.

definition of health coach by The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) : Health & wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach.

joyful mama

6 month program

12 sessions over 6 months (2 sessions per month, 50 minutes each) where we go deep into what you need to live your best life, your health goals, the steps needed to achieve them, nutrition, lifestyle choices, anything you need to live a happy balanced life and be the best mama you can be while also taking care of you. The six month program provides enough time to integrate the changes and create new habits, time to overcome and find solutions to any obstacles that may come up, while feeling supported.

happy mama

12 week program

12 sessions, over 12 weeks (meeting once a week for about 30 minutes) it's a more accelerated version of the joyful mama program. The fact that we have weekly meetings increases accountability as there is less time in between sessions. The shorter more frequent sessions may be more realistic for mamas with a busy schedule.

For returning mamas seeking targeted support, whether it's addressing specific goals, navigating new challenges, or simply checking in on evolving needs, I aim to empower returning mamas to make choices that align with their well-being and the well-being of their families. I'm here to offer guidance, encouragement, and a holistic perspective as you navigate the beautiful, intricate tapestry of life, health, and motherhood.
