Offerings

1. cooking for retreats

I have been cooking for retreats since 2010. I cook vegan, vegetarian, and raw preparations. I can easily accommodate for allergies, intolerances and food preferences. I have cooked in many countries around the world and can adapt easily to local ingredients, setting up the kitchen, making local recipes more healthy and generally adapt to what is needed and the location.

 

 

2. private and group cooking classes 

cooking classes can be in person or online through zoom, the class menu will be created based on your likes, tastes and foods you family will enjoy.

3. weekly family menus

I can support you in creating a healthy balanced menu for the week and make the shopping list from the store closest to you (online), and even combine this with a class if there are some things you are unsure of how to prepare.

4. post partum support

I can support you in your post partum journey, I am trained as a traditional post partum doula. I can prepare meals, teas, and treats for you. Using ingredients that will support your healing, will allow you to not have to worry about anything except feeding your baby, cuddling, and bonding as a family. I can support you in creating rituals that will help you get through this huge initiation that is motherhood, and support you in any way that is necessary for you and your baby to thrive. If we are not in the same location I can send menus and recipes for someone else to prepare and offer support over the phone which isn't ideal but is possible.

5. one on one coaching programs

I am an integral nutrition health coach, trained at the Institute of Integral Nutrition. The topics approached when we work together will depend on you and your current needs. This is a holistic approach to living. I deeply feel that now more than ever women and even more mothers need support to feel in their full power as mothers,  women, wives, daughters, and friends. We wear many hats and juggle lots of responsibilities and often drop the ball of taking care of ourselves. I am here to empower you, as you to navigate transformative changes, reclaiming your full power. My goal is to facilitate your journey towards happiness and well-being, enabling you to care for your family while prioritising your own needs in a sustainable way.

Given the challenges of distance, all sessions are conducted online, making accessibility and ease a priority. Sessions are available in English, Greek, or Spanish.

joyful mama

6 month program

12 sessions over 6 months (2 sessions per month, 50 minutes each) where we go deep into what you need to live your best life, your health goals, the steps needed to achieve them, nutrition, lifestyle choices, anything you need to live a happy balanced life and be the best mama you can be while also taking care of you. The six month program provides enough time to integrate the changes and create new habits, time to overcome and find solutions to any obstacles that may come up, while feeling supported.

happy mama

12 week program

12 sessions, over 12 weeks (meeting once a week for about 30 minutes) it's a more accelerated version of the joyful mama program. The fact that we have weekly meetings increases accountability as there is less time in between sessions. The shorter more frequent sessions may be more realistic for mamas with a busy schedule.

For returning mamas seeking targeted support, whether it's addressing specific goals, navigating new challenges, or simply checking in on evolving needs, I aim to empower returning mamas to make choices that align with their well-being and the well-being of their families. I'm here to offer guidance, encouragement, and a holistic perspective as you navigate the beautiful, intricate tapestry of life, health, and motherhood.
